She also holds a Diploma in Professional Pilates Instruction and a Certificate in Women’s Wellness Coaching.

With a deep appreciation for Osteopathy’s gentle and positive approach to healing the body, mind, and soul, Hyon Joo finds inspiration in people and their personal stories. Connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds is a true privilege, and she honours the humble experience it brings.

Having worked in diverse integrative clinics, Hyon Joo values the collaboration between medical, allied, and alternative health fields to ensure the best outcomes for individuals. In her treatments, she skilfully combines Osteopathic manual therapy with low-level laser/light therapy.

Hyon Joo is drawn to supporting women who seek help in creating a healthy and sustainable lifestyle as they transition into perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause, while navigating health challenges along life’s journey. She takes a holistic approach to her treatment, with osteopathic manual therapy and weaving in her experience as a women’s health coach to bring the woman back to herself, powerful and balanced.

In addition, Hyon Joo is dedicated to working with children and helping them grow and develop with Health at their core. She enjoys understanding and learning their complaint and how to profoundly impact their lives and overall wellbeing by returning them to optimal health and function.

Originally from South Korea, Hyon Joo is fluent in both Korean and English and deeply appreciates the values and diversity of both Eastern and Western cultures.

In her spare time she loves spending time outdoors and exploring her new home here in California.
