The Nourishing Room

We have created a nourishing space to rest and reset before, after or seperate from your treatment time. The Nourishing Room is in Albany and provides a quiet restful space with an infrared sauna that can be used for sessions of 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 45 minutes.

Our Sunlighten infrared sauna is an incredibly powerful way to detoxify and reduce inflammation, improve mental clarity, boost your immune system and allow the body to rest deeply.

Saunas have been around for centuries. An infrared sauna works to heat up your core body temperature to a level where most toxins are stored and can then be detoxified form the system. Our sauna uses near, mid and far infrared wavelengths to deeply penetrate the cells to stimulate metabolic activity that creates regeneration and detoxification.

When starting to use the sauna it is a good idea to work up to higher temperatures and longer increments. Start with our introductory session of 15 minutes and work up to 30 - 45 minutes as your body tolerance for hight heat evolves.

You should come to your session with a towel and water bottle.
