If you missed out on this incredible treat last year in Sedona then you’ll be excited to hear we have joined forces again with the amazing, Manas Itene & Shannon Liebel and created an incredible 7 night retreat by the sacred Lake Atitlán in Guatemala.

High Vibrations is a unique retreat curated with the intention of supporting you in raising your vibration, returning to your most powerful self and having a damn good time. We welcome people of all ages or your whole family. We use music provided by Manas, with drum workshops, drum circles and daily yoga with Shannon and this time, the addition of wonderful Mayan traditions to nourish you, heal you and open you up to an incredible and unforgettable experience!

Each day will include yoga and meditation, a group or private drum lesson or circle, a traditional Mayan ceremony or live music by Manas, delicious food and time to explore.

An example of a day with Manas and Shannon at High Vibrations begins with a morning drum circle or drum lesson to get us in complete rhythm with our highest selves followed by a meal and time to explore the surrounding villages, their crafts and creations. Return to your Lake side home for sunset yoga and meditation with Shannon and then close out the evening with a deeply grounding traditional Mayan led sweat lodge ceremony.

This week long retreat is open to everyone no matter your yoga or drum experience level. We are all here to learn and to grow, you do not have to know your rhythm, you will be joining so Shannon and Manas are can help you find your rhythm and flow.
