Pelvic Bliss Post Baby

Tired of leaking when exercising, coughing, sneezing, laughing? Wish sex was less painful? Feeling like you can’t hold in gas?

Let’s talk about how to make all those, and more, better! The pelvic floor isn’t the same after having a baby, and without some training it might not be performing like it used to. Kegels (alone) aren’t the answer, join Chelsea Anjeski of Level Up PT to talk about how the pelvic floor works, how to help the pelvic floor get better, and re-train it back to its former self (or even better!). We’ll go over how to know if your pelvic floor is part of the issue and learn a couple tips and tricks to start improving!

This workshop is available for everyone who has birthed and is interested in learning from an expert about how you can improve your pelvic floor health.

Package this with our Rite of the Womb workshop for 10% off the total for both workshops. Email us at hello@nourishosteo.com for the promo code when booking both workshops.

Investment: $55

About Chelsea Anjeski

I believe in our body’s ability to improve. My approach is to start wherever your body is at, and build from there. We take the treatment at whatever pace is working for your body, and your life, and we continue to partner to move towards your goals.

My role is to help my clients connect to their pelvic floor/core and use these muscles to provide optimum support and function. I help my clients navigate pelvic pain, prolapse, leaking and urgency, constipation, pre/postpartum recovery, diastesis recti, and pelvic nerve issues. I am also a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES).

In breast cancer rehabilitation, I use lymphedema prevention education, techniques of soft tissue mobilization, and exercise to help clients who will/have had a mastectomy, going through chemotherapy, and/or radiation to return to their lives.

Both in my pelvic floor work and breast cancer rehabilitation, I draw on a strong orthopedic PT expertise—and pride myself on the way this integrative approach benefits my clients, resolving pain that has eluded other treatment and getting them back to their favorite activities.

I really enjoy staying active in cycling and yoga classes and exploring hikes wherever I travel.
