Full Moon Circle: Harmony and Renewal
At this Moon Circle, we come together to share an evening to connect with our feminine essence and build community with other empowered womxn. Embodying and allowing our life energy to be fully alive: embracing our intuitiveness, sensuousness, grace, and strength. We explore spiritual dimensions through Energetic Therapies like: Reiki, Tibetan Sound Healing (vibration), Wicca, Tribal Group Processes, Ritual, and Shamanism in a viby space and friendly atmosphere.
On this Snow Moon, we will create a sacred space to “attune” to Mother Earth and find harmony and balance during the roughness of winter. We will explore our innate abilities to harmonize, ground, and expand by tapping into our capacity to feel nourished through community, embodied awareness, and spiritual exploration.
The experientials and Energetic Therapies are used in a structured way, to move energies in the body and to allow emotional flow. Moon Circles are about expansion, opening up to possibility, and surrendering to the unknown. Each Moon Circle provides tools and guidance for participants to engage in their spiritual process outside our “we-space”, cultivating agency in their spiritual process.

”I’m a group facilitator and transpersonal artist, therapist, energy worker, mom, and humankind-lover. I specialize in somatic approaches (Gestalt, Hakomi, Expressive Arts, Movement) and intention-setting modalities (Reiki, Sound Healing, Ritual, Tribal Group Processes, Wicca). I have an MA in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I create immersive experiences in an artistic space and usually mix different healing modalities in my sessions. My work is transpersonal in nature, I work with collective awareness in groups/circles as well as ancestral healing journeys.”
